The Community Members of xTcR
Almost everyone you talk to around xTcR can recall when they were first accepted into the clan. Many of them, even if they're totally wrong, will say that it was the best time of the clan's life. Sadly, however, some members lose incentive to play with their division or get sick of the game they loved so much back when they first game around. You would see a lot of members from every division hanging around in TS3 or playing LoL instead of administrating their servers.
This is where the idea for Community Members came in.
If a member decides that the game they've been playing for a long time just isn't doing it for them, they now have the option to become a Community Member. As a CM, members can remain in the clan without having the responsibility of remaining active in their divisions, which means they can screw around with each other as much as they like.
Of course, this also means that they won't need those admin powers if they aren't using them.
The leadership will decide on a case-by-case basis if the CM in question can retain admin powers, and how much. It is important to note that not everyone can just go to Community Member.
The idea of Community Members was also created to benefit people who have been brought into the xTcR community through casual LoL games or outside of the divisions in general. If at any time a Community Member wishes to join a division, they may choose to do so at the discretion of that division's leader. So, if you have a friend who wants to get with the group or if you're just tired of CS or TF2 for a while, Community Member is the choice for you!
